THE SCOPE

For one of its establishments, the Casino Resort in Namur, Gaming1 is looking for a HR Business Partner.

As HR Business Partner, you will be accountable for driving the HR vision and execution of our HR Business Partnering strategy plan and be a pillar for our business to help them deliver high quality results.

YOUR ROLE

  • Be a key partner for our business by understanding their needs and realities
  • Be a pillar managers and your peers in creating the best place to work
  • Be accountable for driving the HR vision & execution of the People and Business Partnering plan
  • Manage the full recruitment process from A to Z
  • Fully oversee and coordinate all training activities
  • Partner with the business and the HR department to develop and execute people strategies and deliver results
  • Partner with the managers to retain, develop and motivate your population
  • Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and engagement
  • Coach managers to build strong leadership skills

Profil

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HR orientation, HEC, etc.) and at least 5 years of experience in HR and ideally a first experience as Business Partner
  • You have a deep understanding of translating the priorities of the business and integrating the HR value proposition and strategies to meet business needs
  • You are Business oriented and goals focused
  • You have strong interpersonal skills, can build strong relationships, ability to influence change and can easily connect with people
  • You have strong communication skills and assertive posture
  • You are rigorous, organized and like to structure your work
  • Your are flexible, are not afraid to make decision and motivated to work in a constantly changing work environment
  • You are solution-oriented, stress-resistant and flexible
  • You are known for your energy, dynamism and positivity
  • You can act independently and are determined to always increase your added value
  • You are able to make decisions keeping your employer's best interests in mind
  • You have an excellent level of English (at least B2)
  • You have a good command of the office suite
