As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Payroll Officer to join its HR department.

YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Payroll & Operations Manager and based in our hub in Liège, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Process and manage the payroll for around 420 employees accurately and on time
  • Ensure compliance with Belgium payroll tax regulations
  • Review and reconcile payroll data, making corrections as needed
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations
  • Manage relations with external service providers (ONSS, Interim, social secretariat, …)
  • Provide support to our Business Partner and Recruitment team on request
  • Accompany our Payroll & Operations Manager on various topics
  • Actively contributing to the deployment of Workday, serving as payroll point of contact and ensuring data integrity
  • Overseeing the continuity and follow-up of the newly launched cafeteria plan, supporting employees and ensuring smooth operations
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of payroll processes and employee benefits

Profil

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor or Master in HR or similar
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency in payroll software (ideally SD Worx) and MS Excel
  • Excellent understanding of payroll tax laws and regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong English knowledge
  • Curious and autonomous
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Sense of service & team spirit
