Description de la fonction

THE SCOPE

With 30 years of history, today Gaming1 is one of the international leaders in both land-based and online games of chance (casino games, sports betting and poker). Its evolution at the heart of innovation is accompanied by a diversification and specialization of positions, with the creation of new cutting-edge jobs. As part of its growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Lead Product Manager.

The Lead Product Manager owns a focused portfolio or mission area and turns ambitious outcomes into reality. You set a clear, inspiring north star, connect it to company objectives, and act as the bridge between strategic intent and tangible outcomes that improve player experience and business performance.

As a people manager, you grow and coach Product Managers, raising the bar for product craft and decision quality. You champion an objectives‑based, empowered operating model—aligning on outcomes, giving teams autonomy with guardrails, and building mechanisms that turn evidence into action. In senior cross‑functional forums, you represent the portfolio with conviction, unblock decisions, secure alignment, and ensure measurable impact.

YOUR ROLE

Product vision and strategy

  • Define a bold, inspiring and measurable vision for your portfolio, aligned with the company’s CX Vision and strategic pillars.
  • Translate this vision into a multi-quarter OKRs and ensure every initiative contributes to customer and financial outcomes (e.g. NPS, CSAT, GGR, retention).
  • Represent your portfolio in senior leadership forums, influencing decisions and securing alignment.

People leadership, mentoring, and coaching

  • Directly manage a team of Product Managers: clarify expectations, set goals, conduct regular 1:1s, and run performance reviews.
  • Coach PMs on discovery, prioritization, stakeholder management, decision making, and communication.
  • Drive hiring, onboarding, and career development frameworks for PMs; raise craft standards with structured product critique.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, evidence‑based decisions, and continuous learning, aligned with our Leadership Principles and the Product Career Ladder.

Cross‑functional leadership and product execution

  • Maintain an outcome driven roadmap, balancing speed, scope, and business value.
  • Partner with enterprise functions to plan, strategize, unblock and de‑risk delivery at pace.
  • Advocate for experimentation and instrument a data-informed mindset in product practices
  • Ensure alignment with company-wide planning cycles & processes.

Key business skills

  • Demonstrated ability to define strategy and drive measurable outcomes at portfolio or mission level
  • Strong discovery skills: problem framing, hypothesis development, and validation techniques
  • Proficiency with analytics and experimentation platforms; comfort with PowerBI, Excel or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to executive and technical audiences
