THE SCOPE

As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Casino Coordinator to join its Casino team.

Gaming 1’s Interactive Division operations are a combination of fully owned B2Cs, Joint venture B2Cs and Turnkey Services B2Bs across multiple countries. The Casino Coordinator function exists to assist the interactive Casino manager with running the day-to-day Casino operation across all markets.

YOUR ROLE

The main purpose of the role is to take care of the maintenance of the Casino vertical on all sites to ensure continuous growth of the casino activity.

The Casino Coordinator will report to the Casino Manager and assist her/him with executing the daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc tasks around game releases, content updates and promotional activities.

  • Ensure the launch of the games on time and provide a follow-up (identify any technical issues, keeping track of games performances and promotions)
  • Communicate with internal departments (Design and Marketing team, ROC team, Customer Service Department, Fraud) and the external providers.
  • Take care of the maintenance and the problem solving for the game providers.
  • Carry out a competitive and technological watch
  • Make sure that the Casino content is updated and most relevant for our players.
  • Product review: Constantly reviewing the product and suggest improvements to the Casino manager
  • Assisting the Casino Strategy and Insight Manager with competitor analysis and identifying revenue opportunities.
  • Assisting the IT department to develop a tool to automate tasks related to back-office configuration.

Profil

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a minimum level of experience, with at least two years in the gaming industry considered a strong asset.
  • You have a good knowledge of the gaming industry and have several years of experience in the field.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You like to work in a team to find solutions.
  • You are customer oriented.
  • You are self-motivated and organize your work according to priorities and deadlines.
  • You have good analytical skills.
  • You have a good command of back-office management tools, demonstrate strong team spirit, and possess excellent presentation skills.
