	THE SCOPE

As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Payroll Officer to join its HR department.
YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Payroll & Operations Manager and based in our hub in Liège, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Process and manage the payroll for around 420 employees accurately and on time
 - Ensure compliance with Belgium payroll tax regulations
 - Review and reconcile payroll data, making corrections as needed
 - Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
 - Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations
 - Manage relations with external service providers (ONSS, Interim, social secretariat, …)
 - Provide support to our Business Partner and Recruitment team on request
 - Accompany our Payroll & Operations Manager on various topics
 - Actively contributing to the deployment of Workday, serving as payroll point of contact and ensuring data integrity
 - Overseeing the continuity and follow-up of the newly launched cafeteria plan, supporting employees and ensuring smooth operations
 - Contributing to the continuous improvement of payroll processes and employee benefits
 
 
	Profil
	YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor or Master in HR or similar
 - Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position
 - Proficiency in payroll software (ideally SD Worx) and MS Excel
 - Excellent understanding of payroll tax laws and regulations
 - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 - Strong English knowledge
 - Curious and autonomous
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 - Excellent organizational skills
 - Sense of service & team spirit
