THE SCOPE

With 30 years of history, today Gaming1 is one of the international leaders in both land-based and online games of chance (casino games, sports betting and poker). Its evolution at the heart of innovation is accompanied by a diversification and specialization of positions, with the creation of new cutting-edge jobs. As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Content & Community Manager to join its Landbased Operations (Casino Resort Namur, Circus Casino via Circus channel, Casino De Spa, Odds (other to come))

The Community Manager is responsible for the complete management of our social media communication. They are capable of working independently and proactively, from content creation to KPI analysis, including planning, publishing, and budget management.

YOUR ROLE

Strategic Planning and Implementation:

  • Develop social media communication plans to support the national strategy and ensure their execution.
  • Design and implement specific campaigns for acquisition, engagement, and branding.

Creativity and Innovation:

  • Propose specific, impactful, original formats tailored to different platforms.
  • Demonstrate creativity to grow the community, enhance brand image, and boost engagement.

Reporting:

  • Monitor KPIs, maintain rigorous budget tracking, and provide detailed monthly reports.
  • Draw pragmatic conclusions and make improvement proposals.

Profil

YOUR PROFILE

  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Extraverted, charismatic and naturally engaging personality — you enjoy interacting with people, creating connections and energising a community.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of the camera, presenting content with confidence, and animating video/live formats in a spontaneous and authentic way.
  • Maintain regular contact with stakeholders, both physically and through WhatsApp groups, and animate these communities
  • Possess in-depth expertise in social media and ensure continuous training
  • Cover and amplify events, including evenings and weekends
  • Regularly train field teams to ensure effective local account management
  • Passion for social media, with the ability to act as a mini-blogger
  • Ability to make decisions and interact with legitimacy and recognition among field teams
  • Passion for sports and interest in the casino world and entertainment in general
  • Advanced skills in managing editing software and excellent writing skills

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Presence on the field
  • Availability in the evening and on weekends during special events
  • Close collaboration with national and local teams
