As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a SEO MANAGER to join its Digital Marketing Acquisitions Team.

We’re seeking an experienced and commercially-minded SEO Manager to lead the organic search strategy for our in-house brand.
This role is central to our digital marketing efforts and requires someone who can balance hands-on expertise with strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and long-term planning. You’ll be responsible for driving organic visibility, increasing qualified traffic, and contributing directly to business growth through SEO.

YOUR ROLE

• You define and lead the SEO/ASO strategy aligned with business goals.

• You prioritize and manage content, technical, and off-page SEO initiatives.

• You analyze competitors and keywords to uncover growth opportunities.

• You collaborate across teams to embed SEO into content, product, and UX.

• You track and report performance on SEO & ASO effectiveness and its impact on business performance.

• You manage agencies to align external efforts with internal priorities.

• You stay ahead of SEO trends and drive innovation.

• You promote best practices through training and internal enablement.

   

YOUR PROFILE

• You bring 5+ years of experience in SEO, including 2+ years in a strategic position.
• You have hands-on expertise managing SEO for large, enterprise-level websites within in-house brand environments.
• You excel in technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and developing effective organic content strategies.
• You master tools like GA4, Google Search Console, and leading SEO platforms such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or Sitebulb.
• You thrive in cross-functional teams and know how to influence stakeholders across all levels.
• You are skilled in using Google Tag Manager and collaborating with developers to resolve tracking and tagging issues.
• You communicate clearly and can translate SEO insights into tangible business value.
