As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join its legal team.
Within the Legal team, the Administrative Assistant provides versatile support to the legal department. This role provides administrative support for both Belgian matters and other international operations. More specifically, it is a key support role for the team in managing administrative tasks, coordinating documentation, and drafting professional content in both French and English.
YOUR ROLE
- Processing purchase requests (POs) and monitoring invoices.
- Physical and electronic archiving of documents, contracts, mail, and internal communications.
- Collecting, tracking, and coordinating handwritten and electronic signatures.
- Assisting with the drafting and dispatch of letters, internal memos, and communication projects.
- Proofreading, professional formatting, and version control of documents (primarily in French and English).
- Designing and producing visual and educational materials.
- Creating PowerPoint presentations and other presentation documents.
- Preparing and updating records or materials for meetings and regular presentations.
Profil
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Executive or Management Assistance.
- Previous experience in a legal department or a law firm is a plus.
- French & English (both written & spoken), Dutch is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong adaptability and ability to implement procedures and guidelines.
- Solid writing and organisational skills.
