THE SCOPE

Its evolution at the heart of innovation is accompanied by a diversification and specialization of positions, with the creation of new cutting-edge jobs. As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Casino Director to join its Interactive Department.

 

YOUR ROLE

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone passionate about building the most competitive casino experience in Europe.

In this role, you will:

  • Shape the game portfolio in each market, ensuring competitiveness and fast delivery.

  • Define player segments and tailor propositions to maximize engagement.

  • Work with CRM and Marketing to create impactful offers and promotions.

  • Lead game release strategy and manage the integration roadmap.

  • Oversee provider contracts, optimizing costs and value at both market and group level.

  • Support the Casino Product team with insights that influence platform development.

  • Drive efficiency and scalability by improving team productivity and leveraging automation.

  • Deliver on portfolio performance targets, including active players, ARPU, retention, and player days.

Profil

YOUR PROFILE 

  • 7+ years’ iGaming experience, with expertise in casino content and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of regulated European markets and competitive dynamics.
  • Proven track record in commercial delivery and supplier management.
  • Analytical mindset with strong collaboration skills.
  • Experience building efficient, scalable teams.
