YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

We are scaling our Platform Engineering function to give our Product Engineers a faster, safer, more self-service infrastructure foundation — and we are hiring a Senior Network &amp; Platform Engineer to help build it.
YOUR ROLE
You will sit at the intersection of networking and platform engineering, embedded in our Platform Engineering Area. You will own both the network fabric and the platform primitives that sit on top of it — treating infrastructure as code, building self-service capabilities with guardrails, and making sure Product Engineers can ship without infrastructure becoming a bottleneck.
What You'll Do
Own network platform capabilities as code — Design, deploy, and maintain Fortinet-based network fabric (FortiGate, FortiSwitch, SD-WAN, BGP, IPsec) using Terraform, Ansible, and Git-based workflows.
Build self-service capabilities with guardrails — Provide Product Engineers with safe, scoped network primitives they can consume without filing a ticket.
Keep it secure by default — Embed cybersecurity standards into IaC pipelines; partner with Security on threat modeling and compliance.
Make it observable — Implement and maintain telemetry (Prometheus, Grafana) so reliability is measurable, not assumed.
Continuously improve — Evaluate new tooling, eliminate friction, and evolve the platform alongside peers.
Elevate the team — Share expertise; raise the bar on automation, security, and reliability standards.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
YOUR PROFILE
7+ years of professional experience in network engineering, with at least 2 years in a platform or IaC-oriented role
Bachelor's or master's in computer science, or equivalent experience
Fortinet NSE 4 certification (or equivalent practical experience) — NSE 7 preferred
Expert-level network engineering with deep Fortinet expertise (FortiGate, FortiSwitch); strong WAN/SD-WAN, BGP, IPsec, L2/L3 switching
Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible for network and systems automation
Python and/or Go scripting for network automation and tooling
Solid grasp of CI/CD and GitOps (Git, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)
Hands-on experience with Prometheus and Grafana
Working knowledge of cybersecurity standards and secure-configuration practices
Strong sense of when to work autonomously and when to collaborate

As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for the development, management, invoicing, and optimization of our affiliate program, as well as the traffic and revenues linked to our products and services. You will act as the key point of contact between the brand, affiliates, and technical providers.
YOUR ROLE
Manage relationships with new affiliates.
Provide daily support to existing affiliates: performance analysis and campaign optimization.
Monitor KPIs (CPA, CPL, ROI, LTV, etc.) and produce regular performance reports.
Manage invoicing and payment tracking with affiliates.
Oversee technical coordination between the affiliate platform and the operator: integration, tracking, bug resolution, and flow optimization.

YOUR PROFILE
Minimum 5 years experience managing affiliate programs, ideally within gaming, iGaming, or digital performance marketing environments.

Proven experience in affiliate acquisition, onboarding, and growth, with the ability to identify and develop high-value partnerships.

Experience in fraud detection and traffic quality assessment is a strong plus.

YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will:
Design, implement, and continuously improve observability, alerting, and incident management capabilities
Build self-service reliability tooling and golden paths that enable Product Engineering teams to operate autonomously
Drive adoption of SRE practices across teams, embedding reliability thinking into delivery workflows
Act as a technical mentor within the Reliability Operations team through pair programming, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
Lead improvements in incident response, runbooks, and post-incident processes, facilitating blameless post-mortems

You will join a small, focused Developer Experience team, responsible for building and maintaining internal tooling such as scaffolding tools, CLIs, templates, and the internal developer platform API. As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will:

THE SCOPE

As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Platform Engineer to join its Platform team. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining the technical capabilities of our internal developer platform, enabling seamless software delivery within GAMING1 in a robust, secure, observable, resilient, and self-service way.
YOUR ROLE
At GAMING1, Platform Engineers are the builders and maintainers of the technical capabilities that power our internal developer platform. We treat our platform as a product, with our engineering teams as our customers, and our core principle is providing self-serviceability to reduce cognitive load and empower these teams.  
You will:
Co-Design and implement platform capabilities using Infrastructure-as-Code principles 
Create self-service tools and automation that improve developer productivity 
Ensure security standards are applied and kept up to date 
Monitor performance, capacity, and availability from a customer-centric point of view 
Implement and validate disaster recovery procedures and processes 
Proactively test the flexibility and resilience of the platform 
Research, experiment with, and evaluate new technologies to drive platform innovation 
Evangelize platform capabilities through documentation and workshops 
Collect and act on user feedback to continuously improve the platform experience

YOUR PROFILE
Required Qualifications and Mindset:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience 
2+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or related fields 
Strong platform engineering mindset: focus on self-serviceability, automation, and developer experience 
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or similar) 
Working knowledge of container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm) 
Ability to write code for automation purposes (Python, .NET, or similar) 
Understanding of security standards for operational platforms 
What Sets Great Candidates Apart:
Product thinking: ability to understand user needs and prioritize platform features accordingly 
Willingness to take calculated risks and experiment with new approaches to solve difficult problems 
Experience building self-service interfaces and developer portals 
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and developer experience tools 
Knowledge of observability tools (DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana) 
Experience with PostgreSQL database systems, RabbitMQ message brokers, Kafka streaming platforms or IAM providers 
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team while knowing when to work autonomously 
Strong communication skills and ability to share technical knowledge
