YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in CRM management, ideally within the online betting industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members.
Proficiency with CRM and bonus systems, including CDP, CEP, and third-party bonus tools.
Passion for sports, with an understanding of its influence on customer engagement.
Ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting requirements in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to high standards under pressure.

YOUR ROLE
Give players a detailed and high-quality response, by email, phone or chat, to any questions or requests regarding the game platform, while ensuring that all interactions are conducted in C2 level Dutch and English, in order to maintain a high level of satisfaction with G1's customer service and uphold the company's positive image.
Ensure the registering, monitoring and resolution of requests and potential problems that players encounter in their daily use of the game platform.

We are looking for two distinct profiles:
A marketing-oriented profile focused on promotions, content visibility, and player experience optimisation. Experience in sports betting or casino environments would be a strong advantage.
A trading-oriented profile focused on odds management and risk control. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with numbers, analytical, and possess strong logical thinking skills.
YOUR ROLE
Selecting and uploading the leagues/events/markets to be offered according to local interest and legislation
Configure templates and define the associated margins on the various providers/streams - Under the supervision of the Content Officer
Ensure a benchmark of the competitive offers (in terms of content) and thus constantly adapt that of our different sites
Ensure the quality of the content offered, you will monitor the online offer and ensure that it is constantly available
Monitor the changes and adaptations of the quotes by the suppliers and make sure that there is no latency in the update
Avoid any financial risk linked to the content, you are responsible for anticipating any risk via a risk management approach thanks to the data at your disposal.
Continuously analyze player behavior and take action to warn, restrict or even claw back money from certain players if necessary, and if legislation allows and their behavior is considered risky.
Ensure an excellent user experience on all sites through various administrative tasks: configuring homepages, widgets, translating betting content, testing our sites, reporting bugs.
Collaborate not only with other local teams (e.g. Risk &amp; Fraud team in their analysis) or international teams, but also with external organizations.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for the development, management, invoicing, and optimization of our affiliate program, as well as the traffic and revenues linked to our products and services. You will act as the key point of contact between the brand, affiliates, and technical providers.
YOUR ROLE
Manage relationships with new affiliates.
Provide daily support to existing affiliates: performance analysis and campaign optimization.
Monitor KPIs (CPA, CPL, ROI, LTV, etc.) and produce regular performance reports.
Manage invoicing and payment tracking with affiliates.

You have an accounting qualification or are in the process of completing your accounting studies, and you bring at least 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit.
You possess a solid understanding of GAAP and VAT regulations, combined with strong ERP knowledge and advanced Excel skills, allowing you to navigate systems efficiently and support accurate financial reporting.
Autonomous and well-organized, you work independently on assigned responsibilities while ensuring precision and reliability. You are comfortable managing routine accounting operations as well as moderately complex transactions, including accruals, prepayments, cut-off entries, and other closing-related activities.
You demonstrate strong ownership in executing accounting processes and consistently meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
A collaborative team player, you communicate clearly and effectively with both finance and operational stakeholders.
Experience in the gaming industry, an audit background, knowledge of P2P processes (including the use of Purchase Orders), analytical accounting dimensions, or familiarity with IFRS standards are considered strong assets.

These are highly operational roles, combining business ownership, marketing execution, and cross-functional coordination. Each Market Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of one brand, ensuring alignment with business targets, seasonality, and brand positioning.
You will work closely with the Business Manager, to whom you will report, and act as the key local point of contact for all stakeholders involved in your brand’s performance. These roles require excellent knowledge of the Belgian market, imperative fluency in Flemish, and a strong ability to translate strategy into daily operational execution.
The main objective of the roles is to maximize commercial performance, player engagement, and operational excellence for the Circus BE and 777BE brands, while ensuring a consistent, compliant, and high-quality brand experience.
YOUR ROLE
As Market Lead for Circus.be or 777.be, you will:
Ensure daily business performance control across Casino and Sports, monitoring KPIs, trends, seasonality, and reporting to the Business Manager
Define and manage the monthly CRM calendar for Casino &amp; Sports, overseeing the daily execution and evaluation of all CRM and VIP campaigns
Define internal and external technical needs required to execute profitable CRM campaigns
Align weekly with the Acquisition team to ensure strong performance and strict budget control
Monitor gaming activity and player behavior to identify trends and opportunities, collaborating closely with the Casino team on games and vertical positioning
Manage relationships with game providers to secure exclusive games and negotiate optimal promotional agreements
Lead daily operational meetings with local stakeholders to guarantee operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Compliance, Customer Service) to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Build strong connections with land-based operations and international sponsorships to support CRM and brand initiatives
Act as partial P&amp;L owner for your assigned brand
Define the tone and strategy of player communications, ensuring full alignment with brand guidelines
Oversee promotional campaigns aimed at increasing high-value player engagement and retention, ensuring execution by the VIP Management team&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
YOUR PROFILE
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or marketing
You have a proven experience in a market, commercial, or operational role within gaming, betting, e-commerce, or a highly regulated digital environment
Your are highly operational, hands-on, and comfortable managing day-to-day performance
You have strong analytical skills and is confident working with KPIs, trends, and performance reporting
You have experience with CRM, promotions, and player lifecycle management
You are comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and working cross-functionally
You have strong negotiation skills and experience dealing with external partners or suppliers
You have a solid understanding of player behavior, retention mechanics, and value segmentation
You are fluent in Flemish (spoken and written) and in English. French is a plus.
