YOUR ROLE You actively participate in the preparation of the monthly and annual accounting closings of Maltese legal entities. You record daily transactions, including purchase invoices, sales invoices and banking transactions of Maltese entities. You contribute to the management of accounts payables and accounts receivables, including monitoring balances and addressing discrepancies. You are in charge of the booking of more complex accounting transactions such as cut off journal entries (accruals, prepayments, PO & SO adjustments…), capex & related depreciation... You pay particular attention to the accuracy of the analytical accounting. You assist in the account justification and documentation. You liaise and collaborate with external auditors during annual audits. You participate in the reconciliation of intercompany accounts. You actively participate in the reconciliation of game provider costs. You assist in the preparation of tax related obligations and compliance with local tax regulations. You assist in the cash forecast analysis and preparation of payments. You ensure good communication and transmission of information with the rest of the Maltese accounting team as well as with the casino team. You contribute to continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls. You assist in the optimization of the ERP.

YOUR PROFILE You have an accounting qualification or are in the process of completing your accounting studies, and you bring at least 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit. You possess a solid understanding of GAAP and VAT regulations, combined with strong ERP knowledge and advanced Excel skills, allowing you to navigate systems efficiently and support accurate financial reporting. Autonomous and well-organized, you work independently on assigned responsibilities while ensuring precision and reliability. You are comfortable managing routine accounting operations as well as moderately complex transactions, including accruals, prepayments, cut-off entries, and other closing-related activities. You demonstrate strong ownership in executing accounting processes and consistently meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy and professionalism. A collaborative team player, you communicate clearly and effectively with both finance and operational stakeholders. Experience in the gaming industry, an audit background, knowledge of P2P processes (including the use of Purchase Orders), analytical accounting dimensions, or familiarity with IFRS standards are considered strong assets. With an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, you contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls. As part of this evolution, Gaming1 is looking to appoint a senior Information Security leader who will help shape and drive the company’s security roadmap across both digital and physical environments. YOUR ROLE As Chief Information Security Officer / Head of Information Security, you will take ownership of the company’s information security agenda and help build a robust, pragmatic, and scalable security framework aligned with Gaming1’s growth ambitions. This is a high-impact role for a senior security professional who combines strategic thinking with operational pragmatism and is comfortable working across governance, risk, compliance, technology, and business functions. The role currently sits within the broader Compliance and Risk environment, with visibility to senior leadership and the Board on strategic security matters. The CISO will serve as the primary authority on information security governance, policy, and risk management — defining standards and governing risk, while providing clear guidances to IT and Engineering on execution, design, and remediation. YOUR PROFILE We are looking for a senior security professional with a strong foundation in information security, cyber risk, and governance, and the credibility to operate effectively at executive level. Significant experience in information security, cyber security, or IT security leadership roles Experience defining or contributing to security strategy, governance, and risk management frameworks Ability to engage senior stakeholders and present to executive or Board-level audiences Experience in dynamic, technology-enabled, and fast-evolving environments Exposure to regulated sectors such as gaming, financial services, payments, or similarly complex operational environments is a strong advantage; prior experience in the gaming or iGaming industry is particularly valued. Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and broader security maturity frameworks; hands-on experience with certification or compliance programmes is highly valuable Comfortable working in a build-and-shape environment, with the ability to define team structure, attract talent, and grow security capabilities from a limited initial baseline Experience managing or building security teams and overseeing cybersecurity budgets, with the ability to make sound investment decisions aligned with risk and business priorities Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCISO are highly desirable.
