Design and facilitate team workshops (2–3 hours) covering hands-on use of approved AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and others) and advanced prompting techniques. Identify and document high-impact AI use cases at team level, accelerating business value beyond individual adoption. Onboard employees onto new AI tools and guide them through prompt engineering, skills configuration, and GPT customisation. Build and maintain a shared internal knowledge base of prompts, tutorials, guidelines, and validated use cases. Introduce and animate a peer champion network — recruiting and supporting one AI ambassador per team. Publish regular AI tips and best-practice communications (e.g. monthly newsletter) to sustain engagement across the organisation. Own the Infrastructure: Act as technical owner of core infrastructure components, ensuring availability, performance, and reliability across corporate and retail environments. Secure by Design: Enforce security baselines, apply system hardening, and embed cybersecurity best practices into daily operations.
