Gaming1 is accelerating its AI adoption journey. To support this transformation, we are looking for an AI Enablement &amp; Coach to join our Learning &amp; Transformation team. YOUR ROLE
As AI Coach, you will help Gaming1 employees across all departments — from operations and marketing to tech and customer support — integrate AI productivity tools into their daily work with confidence and efficiency. You report to the AI &amp; Automation Business Transformation Lead and act as the internal champion who meets people where they are, turning generic AI awareness into real, measurable behaviour change.

Key Responsibilities :
Deliver 1-on-1 coaching sessions tailored to individual roles and workflows, helping employees apply AI tools directly to their real tasks.
Design and facilitate team workshops (2–3 hours) covering hands-on use of approved AI tools
(Claude, ChatGPT, and others) and advanced prompting techniques.
Identify and document high-impact AI use cases at team level, accelerating business value beyond
individual adoption.
Onboard employees onto new AI tools and guide them through prompt engineering, skills configuration, and GPT customisation.
Build and maintain a shared internal knowledge base of prompts, tutorials, guidelines, and validated use cases.
Introduce and animate a peer champion network — recruiting and supporting one AI ambassador per team.
Publish regular AI tips and best-practice communications (e.g. monthly newsletter) to sustain engagement across the organisation.
Coach teams on responsible token consumption and identify opportunities to reduce waste.
Contribute to quarterly AI maturity assessments and document ROI examples (time saved, tasks automated, adoption rates) to support the business case for further investment.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Governance &amp; Responsible AI
The AI Coach plays a key role in reinforcing responsible AI usage across the organisation:
Communicate clear guidelines on which AI tools are approved for internal use.
Ensure employees understand data confidentiality rules when interacting with AI tools.
Promote a critical mindset — encourage teams to verify AI outputs and never blindly trust generated content.
Flag and escalate any misuse or unexpected AI-related risks to IT and Legal.
YOUR PROFILE
Practitioner-level experience with modern AI tools — especially LLMs such as Claude, ChatGPT, and similar platforms. You don't just know the theory; you use these tools daily.
Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions (1-on-1 and group workshops) for diverse, non-technical audiences.
Strong communication skills — you can explain complex AI concepts in simple, actionable terms.
A change-management mindset: you understand that tool adoption is a people challenge, not just a tech one.
Naturally curious and a self-learner — you stay ahead of a fast-moving field and bring new insights back to the team.
Experience identifying and documenting business use cases that translate AI capability into tangible productivity gains.
Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI connectors, and tool customisation (skills, GPTs) is a strong plus.

The Regulatory officer dedicated to the Dutch Market oversees and coordinates the regulatory activities related to our Dutch online operations, for Circus.nl and 777.nl.
Operating at the intersection of regulatory and compliance matters, this role is central to ensuring the legal soundness and operational integrity of our activities on the Dutch market, in close collaboration with the Belgian headquarters, the NL compliance officer and local stakeholders.
YOUR ROLE
1. Regulatory - KSA relations, litigations and compliance
Act as a key legal point of contact for the KSA, in close cooperation with the Group Regulatory team and Compliance ;
Coordinate and support the maintenance and renewal of the Dutch gaming licenses, in close collaboration with the Group regulatory and legal teams, Compliance and external counsel ;
Be responsible for the end-to-end management of all regulatory and statutory notification obligations towards the KSA under the Dutch Gambling Act, related regulations, licence conditions and KSA policies, including the assessment of notification triggers, internal coordination and evidence gathering, timely submission via the KSA portal, and the management of KSA feedback through to formal closure;
Support internal stakeholders in understanding KSA expectations and translate them into concrete processes, documentation and controls;
Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting the Dutch online gambling market and proactively inform relevant teams;
Provide legal advice on commercial initiatives (promotions, campaigns, partnerships), new projects or features and ensure that business decisions remain aligned with Dutch regulatory requirements and internal risk appetite;
Report and coordinate the management of the litigations to the Group (B2B, B2C and authorities).
2. Legal Governance of Customer Support &amp; Player complaints escalations
Provide legal support to Compliance, Customer support, Responsible gaming for the NL market, in particular for:Escalated player complaints, especially those that may have a regulatory impact;
Interpretation and application of terms &amp; conditions, bonus rules and responsible gaming measures;
Alignment of communication templates and procedures with legal and regulatory requirements.
Work with Customer Support and Compliance to ensure that player-facing processes (KYC, responsible gaming, complaints handling, withdrawals, etc.) are consistent with regulations;
Create and regularly update comprehensive internal guidelines for Dutch market Customer Support teams.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
YOUR PROFILE
Master’s degree in Dutch law with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken; French is a plus

The BI Developer plays a key role in the design, delivery, and evolution of data pipelines, data products, and business-facing analytics capabilities. YOUR ROLE
Engineer Data Products: Design, build, and evolve robust data pipelines and domain-oriented data products, from ingestion to consumption.

As part of this growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Senior Data Platform Engineer to join the Data Product team within the Platform Engineering branch.
This is a senior position embedded in a Data Mesh and Platform-as-a-Product approach. This role is not a traditional Data Engineer position: you will build the data platform used by Data Engineers and Data Analysts, delivering reusable services, tooling, and self-service capabilities.
You will join a small, specialized team whose mission is to enable data teams across multiple product domains to operate autonomously, consistently, and at scale.
You will report to the Platform Engineering Manager and collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Architects, and Infrastructure teams.
The main objective of the role is to design, build, and evolve a robust and modern data platform, maximizing its adoption and impact across the organization. 
YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Data Platform Engineer, you will:
Design, build, and maintain backend and platform services powering the data platform
Create reusable, scalable platform capabilities rather than one-off solutions
Translate data domain needs into clean service designs, leveraging DDD and Hexagonal Architecture principles
Operate cloud-native services on AWS and Kubernetes, managing the full service lifecycle (versioning, configuration, deployment, monitoring)
Work closely with Data Engineers and Data Analysts to drive adoption and usability of platform capabilities
Act as a senior technical contributor, sharing knowledge and elevating overall team performance
Measure success through platform adoption, self-service enablement, and data team autonomy&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
YOUR PROFILE
4+ years of experience as a Data Platform Engineer or Data Engineer
Is a Data Engineer at heart with a strong platform mindset
Has strong technical expertise in:Python (expert level)
.NET (advanced)
Distributed systems fundamentals
Kubernetes deployments and operations
AWS data-related services
Has experience or interest in:Data Mesh concepts and implementations
DDD and Hexagonal Architecture
Is autonomous, product-oriented, and comfortable collaborating across teams

Is fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a plus
