YOUR ROLE

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards across all territories, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of licensing frameworks.
Manage CRM bonus costs to ensure resources are allocated effectively for campaigns and initiatives.
Leverage customer insights and feedback to continuously refine CRM strategies and enhance the overall user experience.
Contribute to cross-functional projects impacting CRM initiatives by providing expertise and actionable insights.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in CRM management, ideally within the online betting industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members.
Proficiency with CRM and bonus systems, including CDP, CEP, and third-party bonus tools.
Passion for sports, with an understanding of its influence on customer engagement.
Ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting requirements in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to high standards under pressure.

YOUR ROLE

Transmit the productions to the appropriate stakeholders and ensure campaign consistency across all platforms.
Adapt a Master for all media variations of a campaign.
Select the most suitable techniques and distribution channels for defined objectives.
Consider specific media constraints to ensure optimal results.
Provide graphic files tailored to each media in terms of size, file format, and color profile.
Master the tools of the graphic chain and use appropriate software for each task.

Degree in graphic design, multimedia, or related field.

As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for the development, management, invoicing, and optimization of our affiliate program, as well as the traffic and revenues linked to our products and services. You will act as the key point of contact between the brand, affiliates, and technical providers.
YOUR ROLE
Manage relationships with new affiliates.
Provide daily support to existing affiliates: performance analysis and campaign optimization.
Monitor KPIs (CPA, CPL, ROI, LTV, etc.) and produce regular performance reports.
Manage invoicing and payment tracking with affiliates.
Oversee technical coordination between the affiliate platform and the operator: integration, tracking, bug resolution, and flow optimization.

YOUR PROFILE
Minimum 5 years experience managing affiliate programs, ideally within gaming, iGaming, or digital performance marketing environments.

Proven experience in affiliate acquisition, onboarding, and growth, with the ability to identify and develop high-value partnerships.
Solid understanding of iGaming-specific KPIs and business models (FTDs, NGR, LTV, CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).

Experience in fraud detection and traffic quality assessment is a strong plus.

YOUR ROLE
You actively participate in the preparation of the monthly and annual accounting closings of Maltese legal entities.
You record daily transactions, including purchase invoices, sales invoices and banking transactions of Maltese entities.
You contribute to the management of accounts payables and accounts receivables, including monitoring balances and addressing discrepancies.
You are in charge of the booking of more complex accounting transactions such as cut off journal entries (accruals, prepayments, PO &amp; SO adjustments…), capex &amp; related depreciation...
You pay particular attention to the accuracy of the analytical accounting.
You assist in the account justification and documentation.
You liaise and collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
You participate in the reconciliation of intercompany accounts.
You actively participate in the reconciliation of game provider costs.
You assist in the preparation of tax related obligations and compliance with local tax regulations.
You assist in the cash forecast analysis and preparation of payments.
You ensure good communication and transmission of information with the rest of the Maltese accounting team as well as with the casino team.
You contribute to continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
You assist in the optimization of the ERP.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
YOUR PROFILE
You have an accounting qualification or are in the process of completing your accounting studies, and you bring at least 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit.
You possess a solid understanding of GAAP and VAT regulations, combined with strong ERP knowledge and advanced Excel skills, allowing you to navigate systems efficiently and support accurate financial reporting.
Autonomous and well-organized, you work independently on assigned responsibilities while ensuring precision and reliability. You are comfortable managing routine accounting operations as well as moderately complex transactions, including accruals, prepayments, cut-off entries, and other closing-related activities.
You demonstrate strong ownership in executing accounting processes and consistently meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
A collaborative team player, you communicate clearly and effectively with both finance and operational stakeholders.
Experience in the gaming industry, an audit background, knowledge of P2P processes (including the use of Purchase Orders), analytical accounting dimensions, or familiarity with IFRS standards are considered strong assets.
With an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, you contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.

As part of this strategy, Gaming1 is looking for two Market Leads to drive the performance of its Belgian brands Circus.be and 777.be
These are highly operational roles, combining business ownership, marketing execution, and cross-functional coordination. Each Market Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of one brand, ensuring alignment with business targets, seasonality, and brand positioning.
You will work closely with the Business Manager, to whom you will report, and act as the key local point of contact for all stakeholders involved in your brand’s performance. These roles require excellent knowledge of the Belgian market, imperative fluency in Flemish, and a strong ability to translate strategy into daily operational execution.
The main objective of the roles is to maximize commercial performance, player engagement, and operational excellence for the Circus BE and 777BE brands, while ensuring a consistent, compliant, and high-quality brand experience.
YOUR ROLE
As Market Lead for Circus.be or 777.be, you will:
Ensure daily business performance control across Casino and Sports, monitoring KPIs, trends, seasonality, and reporting to the Business Manager
Define and manage the monthly CRM calendar for Casino &amp; Sports, overseeing the daily execution and evaluation of all CRM and VIP campaigns
Define internal and external technical needs required to execute profitable CRM campaigns
Align weekly with the Acquisition team to ensure strong performance and strict budget control
Monitor gaming activity and player behavior to identify trends and opportunities, collaborating closely with the Casino team on games and vertical positioning
Manage relationships with game providers to secure exclusive games and negotiate optimal promotional agreements
Lead daily operational meetings with local stakeholders to guarantee operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Compliance, Customer Service) to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Build strong connections with land-based operations and international sponsorships to support CRM and brand initiatives
Act as partial P&amp;L owner for your assigned brand
Define the tone and strategy of player communications, ensuring full alignment with brand guidelines
Oversee promotional campaigns aimed at increasing high-value player engagement and retention, ensuring execution by the VIP Management team&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
YOUR PROFILE
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or marketing
You have a proven experience in a market, commercial, or operational role within gaming, betting, e-commerce, or a highly regulated digital environment
Your are highly operational, hands-on, and comfortable managing day-to-day performance
You have strong analytical skills and is confident working with KPIs, trends, and performance reporting
You have experience with CRM, promotions, and player lifecycle management
You are comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and working cross-functionally
You have strong negotiation skills and experience dealing with external partners or suppliers
You have a solid understanding of player behavior, retention mechanics, and value segmentation
You are fluent in Flemish (spoken and written) and in English. French is a plus.
You have a strong understanding of the Belgian market and player expectations.
