Accueillir les clients à leur arrivée et effectuer les formalités administratives liées à leur séjour
Répondre aux demandes des clients durant leur séjour
Effectuer les actions appropriées (geste commercial, ...) lors d'un litige avec le client

Votre profil: 
Sens du service et excellent relationnel client, avec une présentation professionnelle.
Organisation, réactivité et capacité à gérer plusieurs demandes simultanément.
Maîtrise du français et/ou de l’anglais, avec une aisance dans un environnement international.

Very good knowledge of relational data bases (PostgreSQL &amp; MySQL)
Experience with NoSQL like MongoDB is a plus
Ability to identify the different aspects of a situation, and ability to explore, analyze and understand complex data to react efficiently

VOS MISSIONS
Encadrer, motiver et accompagner une équipe de 11 réceptionnistes.

LE PROFIL QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS
Vous disposez d'une expérience réussie dans une fonction de supervision ou de management en Front Office hôtelier.

Votre mission

Vos responsabilités
Accueillir nos clients avec élégance et professionnalisme, dans le respect des standards haut de gamme du Resort.
Organiser le plan de salle en fonction des réservations, événements et flux du casino.
Encadrer, motiver et accompagner l’équipe de salle (serveurs, étudiants, flexi-jobs) avec dynamisme et bienveillance.
Assurer une excellente coordination entre la salle, la cuisine et le bar.
Garantir la qualité et la fluidité du service lors des services classiques, banquets, événements VIP et spectacles.
Être à l’écoute des clients, traiter toute demande ou réclamation avec réactivité et discrétion.
Former et motiver l’équipe afin de maintenir un haut niveau de performance.
Superviser la mise en place, la propreté et l’élégance des espaces de restauration.

Votre profil

We are looking for two distinct profiles:
A marketing-oriented profile focused on promotions, content visibility, and player experience optimisation. Experience in sports betting or casino environments would be a strong advantage.
A trading-oriented profile focused on odds management and risk control. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with numbers, analytical, and possess strong logical thinking skills.
YOUR ROLE
Selecting and uploading the leagues/events/markets to be offered according to local interest and legislation
Configure templates and define the associated margins on the various providers/streams - Under the supervision of the Content Officer
Ensure a benchmark of the competitive offers (in terms of content) and thus constantly adapt that of our different sites
Ensure the quality of the content offered, you will monitor the online offer and ensure that it is constantly available
Monitor the changes and adaptations of the quotes by the suppliers and make sure that there is no latency in the update
Avoid any financial risk linked to the content, you are responsible for anticipating any risk via a risk management approach thanks to the data at your disposal.
Continuously analyze player behavior and take action to warn, restrict or even claw back money from certain players if necessary, and if legislation allows and their behavior is considered risky.
Ensure an excellent user experience on all sites through various administrative tasks: configuring homepages, widgets, translating betting content, testing our sites, reporting bugs.
Collaborate not only with other local teams (e.g. Risk &amp; Fraud team in their analysis) or international teams, but also with external organizations.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
YOUR PROFILE
The websites operate 24/7, so you will be available according to the department’s schedules (until 2AM)
You have a good understanding of the sports betting universe (customers and competitors), mathematical and statistical logic.

Help to create an engaging cross sell experience that is mirrored and tracked across all touchpoints and channels.
Be flexible and work as part of a team, helping with Sports, Poker &amp; Landbased campaigns when needed and any manual procedures relating to these campaigns.
Process complaints transferred by CS, the partners or the AMs as a priority in order to not harm the player experience. Inform CS and the team of any technical problems identified, new points of contact (channel) and any new plans or actions launched.

YOUR PROFILE
Minimum 3 years of CRM professional experience, ideally in online casino
Experience using a CRM platform is a strong advantage (Optimove)
Passion for the customer and putting them at the heart and center of all work
Good understanding of CRM strategies and practices
Strong knowledge of Casino products &amp; promotions (local and international)
Experience using different marketing channels (email, SMS, web/push notifications, …)
Analytical and extremely organized with a passion to drive optimization through quantitative and qualitative insights
Business proficient in Dutch &amp; English essential, French an advantage.

YOUR ROLE
Build and execute exciting Sportsbook marketing campaigns based on specific customer segmentation, campaign or behavioral change objectives.
Drive customer awareness of Bet777’s services and products via education and promotional activity, maximizing customer engagement.
Carrying out the fulfilment of promotional campaigns such as crediting Free Bets and Free Spins.
Analyzing A/B tests and suggesting changes to improve overall campaign performance.
Work closely with the BI team to constantly improve targeting and campaign performance.
Work closely with the creative/studio team to deliver exciting on brand content.
Reporting on campaign performance and providing insightful feedback to the marketing team and management.
Support the Marketing team in the planning and performance of all communications to Spanish customers.
Facilitating flawless execution of campaign plans ensuring milestones are met and work is accurate and on time. Primarily Email, SMS &amp; Web Messages, APP push notifications.
Deliver weekly and monthly reporting which deliver on all Customer Marketing KPIs and with a clear focus on retention, activation and reactivation.
Contribute to culture of continuous improvement by assisting with pilot projects to test new approaches / technology to optimize campaigns, testing and informing wider team once successful.
Identifying opportunities for automation.
Always keeping customer experience at the forefront of your mind when building communications.
Ensure comms are always within the Spanish compliance and regulatory guidelines.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
WHAT WE OFFER
Data literate and comfortable in using data to make better decisions.
Knowledge of CRM systems and processes (software, planning tools &amp; Excel).
Previous experience with Optimove, Mobivate &amp; Braze is a bonus.
Ability to work with raw data to analyze campaigns and draw useful conclusions.
An interest and previous experience in IGaming (Sports betting and Casino)
Exceptional project and time management 
Highly organized and focused, ability to deal with multiple tasks, stakeholders or problems at the same time.
Excellent at working under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst staying calm, thinking clearly and executing to a high standard with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and experience of working as part of a team to achieve goals and deadlines.
Passion for Sports in general
Native Spanish speaker and high level in English.
